Irina has been teaching Kundalini yoga since 2017, with formal training in Portugal and years of deepening practice across Moscow and Bali. Alongside her yoga teaching, she has spent the last five years studying osteopathic energy work and breathwork, building a practice that addresses the body and nervous system as directly as the mind.

Her work is rooted in a simple observation: most people carry stress and tension in the body long before they can articulate it mentally. Chronic tightness, shallow breathing, a nervous system stuck in a state of activation, these are physical realities that talk-based approaches rarely reach on their own. Irina works directly with these patterns.

Through precise breathwork techniques, somatic movement, and Kundalini practice, she helps people release what has accumulated in the body, restore proper breathing mechanics, and bring the nervous system back into a regulated state.
