Sessions with Irina begin with simple movement and breathing exercises designed to warm up the body and activate energy that has become stagnant or blocked. This opening phase prepares the nervous system to receive deeper work. The core of each session is built around a specific Kriya and meditation selected according to what you are working on. Kriya sequences in Kundalini yoga are precise, tested sets of posture, breath, and movement that target specific physical and energetic outcomes. The session closes with a dedicated relaxation and integration phase, giving the body time to absorb and consolidate the work. Sessions are suited for people experiencing physical tension, nervous system dysregulation, breathing difficulties, low energy, burnout, or a need to reconnect with the body. No prior experience with yoga or breathwork is required.
